1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okww ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the okww website at https://okww.cam, creating an account, or using any service provided by the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions.

okww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the okww platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, nor have you been self-excluded. If a self-exclusion period is active on your account, you must not attempt to register or access a new account.

• You are using your own payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

3. Account Management

Each player may hold only one account on the okww platform at any given time. Creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. okww will never ask for your password by any means, including live chat, email, or phone. You agree to notify okww support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

okww may request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including at account registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to complete KYC within the time frame specified in any verification request may result in temporary account restriction until documents are received and approved.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting okww support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds on the account. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

okww supports a range of payment methods tailored for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. okww does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which okww has no control. Deposits are credited to your okww account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from the payment provider. okww reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is later identified as fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

To process a withdrawal, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Any balance below this threshold will remain on account until the threshold is met.
• There must be no active wagering requirements attached to any bonus balance remaining in the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

Processing Times

Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 1 to 24 hours from the time the request is submitted, subject to any additional checks required for security or compliance purposes. During peak periods or where a compliance review is triggered, processing may take up to 48 hours. okww will communicate any delays to the player via their registered contact details.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okww offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are communicated on the Offers / Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Where okww detects that multiple accounts have been created to abuse a bonus offer, all associated accounts will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to claim any bonus.

Bonus Withdrawal and Forfeiture

A player may at any time choose to forfeit any active bonus by contacting okww support. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be removed from the account. Only real-money deposits and winnings derived from real-money play that are not subject to any pending wagering requirement will remain. okww reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending an investigation if there is reasonable suspicion that a bonus has been misused.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okww platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with any game software, random number generator, or platform security system.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Colluding with other players, using automated tools or bots, or otherwise seeking to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or using accounts on behalf of another person, syndicate, or third party.

7. Responsible Gaming

okww is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all of which are accessible from the account settings section once logged in.

Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their accounts. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect, to prevent impulsive changes during a losing period.

Self-Exclusion

Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting okww support via live chat. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to access the Platform, claim bonuses, or open a new account. okww takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly.

Age Verification

okww strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to carry out age verification checks on any account at any time. Where we have reason to suspect that a player may be underage, the account will be suspended until satisfactory proof of age has been provided. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okww platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of okww or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following acts are strictly prohibited:

• Using okww's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express permission.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by okww.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okww shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein.

Platform Availability

okww makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. okww shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or service interruption.

Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or misconfiguration that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly credited balance, okww reserves the right to void the relevant game round and restore the player's balance to the state it was in immediately before the erroneous event. No liability will be accepted for winnings generated as a result of an identifiable system error.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
